She specializes in Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and is especially passionate about all things HA, menstrual health, and fertility. She loves to talk about taboo topics and challenge unsustainable societal standards to help women find peace with their bodies and live their fullest, symptom-free lives. In addition to her work as a PT, Emily is also a Women’s Health coach primarily supporting women with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea and irregular menstrual cycles. In her coaching, Emily takes a root cause approach to help women restore ovulation, get their period back, regulate their menstrual cycles, and if hoping to get pregnant, do so naturally.
